Very thorough teaching and summary of the process we all go through from birth to death. I could easily identify with all the phases you lay out, and found myself sobbing through much of the first half of the phases as I reflected on my life and my children's lives. I will turn 80 in December and am still struggling with forgiving myself, having forgiven my parents long ago. We are now living through a pandemic that requires much soul searching and examining of our lives, and an opportunity to become the change we want to see in the world. It's a tragic time but also a time to stop, reflect and join all the other souls working to bring more love to our world and save our planet.
